1. Agreement to Terms

By using this website and purchasing from Thriftbound, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Market Volatility & Pricing

The Trading Card Game (TCG) market is highly volatile.

  • All prices are in AUD.

  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order due to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice based on market trends.

3. Pre-Orders

  • Payment for pre-orders is taken at the time of purchase to secure your stock.

  • Release dates are provided by manufacturers and are subject to delays beyond our control.

  • Cancellation Policy: Pre-order cancellations may incur a 10% administration fee to cover non-refundable merchant processing fees.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this is correct.

  • Once an order is handed to the courier (e.g., Australia Post), the risk of loss passes to the customer. We strongly recommend selecting shipping options with Insurance and Signature on Delivery for high-value items.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy is governed by our [Return Policy]. In short:

  • We do not offer "Change of Mind" returns on TCG products.

  • Refunds are only provided as required by Australian Consumer Law for major faults.

6. Product Condition

  • Sealed Product: We sell factory-sealed products. We cannot guarantee the contents of packs or the condition of cards inside sealed packaging.

  • Packaging: Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging (e.g., small tears in shrink wrap or corner dents on boxes) that does not affect the internal contents is not considered a defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thriftbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
