Refund policy

1. No Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds or returns if you simply change your mind, find the product cheaper elsewhere, or decide you do not like the purchase.

Due to the nature of collectible card games and market volatility, all sales of TCG products (sealed or singles) are final.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if an item has a major failure. However:

  • Minor Imperfections: Minor packaging scuffs, dents, or printing variances are common in TCG manufacturing and do not constitute a "major failure."

  • Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged beyond reasonability due to transit, please contact us immediately at thriftboundau@gmail.com. In these cases, we will assist you in lodging a claim through the shipping insurance provider. Please keep all original packaging and take clear photos for the claim.

3. Refunds

Where a refund is legally required:

  • We will notify you once we’ve inspected the item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
